This is a fantastic product I discovered years ago. You need all these minerals daily and can not get them in your foods you eat. This is the only liquid that contains all of the minerals and tastes fine that I’ve been able to find — compared to another I tried that was triple the $$ and tasted like soap water! Liquid minerals are absorbed completely as opposed to pills that may go thru your system only partially dissolved.
